over the summer i was listening to gz and alk talking about... suits and gas masks.
they don't remember it. but i do.
i dont usually get that kind of image stuck in my head and stay with me for months... so this is it. i painted it in the last few days. made it more resident evil themed.


it's in full color, but i thought it looked better monochrome. maybe ill post the full color if you all want to see it.

it's not refined but i didnt feel like working on it anymore, my desktop for a week.
multiple refs on the gas mask and crows.

You say it's not refined, but I think the only things that needs any work at all are the two crows on the right. I like that everything else is unrefined (other than the suit and gas mask character, who is isolated to great effect). This is a great looking piece.

It has a nice, dark feel to it. IŽd really like to see the full color one just to see how that looks I also like how you made the gas mask glasses red :3

... literally, just sketched it out to get that texture (you're referring to the right wall i think?). haha. it's all brushwork using default photoshop brushes. i use the hard round brush at different opacities and colors, whole thing is done with this brush.
